Attorneys form law firm
Attorneys Doug McManamy and Stephen E. Jackson, Jr. have formed a new practice in the Landmark Building, 6600 Abercorn Str., Suite 208, McManamy Jackson, P.C., specializing in real estate transactions and counsel for small businesses.
“Some attorneys work directly with their clients 6-7 times in a year. Between the two of us, we can personally interact with 6-7 clients in one day,” Jackson said. “At McManamy Jackson, we bring our vast amount of experience directly to the table when working with clients.”
Jackson formerly was a partner with Inglesby, Falligant, Horne, Courington and Chisholm, who specialized in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
McManamy has represented lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has worked with corporations and privately held businesses as general legal counsel.
“We are, and will remain, a small firm because we enjoy working directly with people. Whether it’s related to buying or selling a home or solving day-to-day small business concerns, it’s about people confronted with everyday issues that require legal answers and not forgetting common sense,” McManamy said.
