Questions and answers

Q: How will you do business differently in the coming year or decade?

A: I will continue to grow with technology, as it changes daily in the real estate industry. Did you know you can do all real estate signatures on your phone or tablet? With that said at the end of the day, people enjoy meeting face-to-face. There has to be a happy medium.

Q: What technological or cultural advances are you looking forward to in the coming year or decade?

A: I am thrilled about the development on Broughton Street. The city of Savannah is about to take off.

Q: What qualities or assets will distinguish Savannah and preserve/advance our local economy?

A: The port, our beautiful surroundings and the wonderful people who live, work and play here.

Q: What economic drivers and business sectors promise the most growth in the next year or decade and why?

A: I think the construction and real estate market will continue to grow in this area as the economy in this area continues to grow and attract new jobs and businesses.

Q: What college degrees will be the most in-demand in the Savannah area and why?

A: A business degree can always lead to many opportunities. I am a firm believer that you should study what you love. My degree from The University of Alabama was geography with a minor in geology. I began my career in pharmaceutical sales and am now a Realtor. I always tell my children, “You can do anything you want and reach any dream possible, if you put your mind to it.”

Q: What advice do you have for other Savannah leaders in the coming year or decade?

A: We all need to work together as a team. We live and raise our families in an amazing city that is booming with culture. We will all benefit from it’s growth.

Q: What innovation of yours do you hope will be remembered by future generations?

A: My children.
