2 from Ebenconcepts earn awards

David Rubnitz earned the Soaring Eagle award for the 11th consecutive year from the National association of Health Underwriters. This is the top award for exceptional professional knowledge and outstanding client service. He is employed by Ebenconcepts. Heather Willingham earned the Eagle award for the second consecutive year from the National Association of Health Underwriters Leading Producers Round Table. The Eagle is the third highest award for exceptional professional knowledge and outstanding client service. She is the associate managing director of the Ebenconcepts office.

Brawner named chair of library trustees

Charlotte Brawner Welch was elected to a one-year term as Regional Board of Trustees chairman for Life Oak Public Libraries. Welch is the former site director of The Roundhouse Railroad Museum (now the Georgia State Railroad Museum). Other officers elected include Vice Chairman Dawoud Stevenson, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, and Treasurer Frank Mendelson, PRI.
