Neighborhood association elects officers, board

The Thomas Square Historic Neighborhood Association elected its board members and officers. Officers are President Clinton Edminster, Vice President Jamie Andersen, Treasurer James Massey and Secretary Kellie Fletcher. Board members are Jason Combs, Kwela Hermanns, Nichelle Stephens, Joe Wenum and Joshua Yates. The neighborhood association was formed in 2016 after the merger of Thomas Square on the east and Metropolitan on the west.

3 SERVPRO franchisees earn honors

Three people were recognized for having high-performing franchises by SERVPRO, provider of fire and water cleanup and restoration services and mold mitigation and remediation. Robert T. &Allyson Harvin, owners of SERVPRO of Savannah East, received the Chairman’s Platinum Award. Carl J. Perazzola, owner of SERVPRO of Bryan, Effingham, McIntosh &East Liberty counties, received the Director’s Silver Award.
