It's hard to believe it's been more than three years since launched BiS in late July 2009. At the time, we thought we had a solid concept, but you're never sure how a new publication is going to be received. 

It turned out readers not only accepted BiS; you warmed to it and have participated through submitted columns, photos, news releases, newsmakers and feedback.  

When we started, we produced a website, businessinsavannah.com, but decided at the time not to put material from BiS on the site.  We wanted people to focus on the print publication rather than digital.

Now we're changing that.  Elsewhere on the website you'll find a description of all of the features of the new businessinsavannah.com, which will include copy from the printed editions.

We encourage you to check it out, and we'd like to see you take us up on our invitation to be bloggers on the site or to comment on the various postings and stories.
